NFC Joins “Wiwah Hoi Wan” Ceremony to Promote Marine Species Conservation in Rayong
NFC Public Company Limited participated in the “Wiwah Hoi Wan” ceremony, (Blessed Marriage of Spotted Babylon) a local tradition of Noen Phra Subdistrict aimed at promoting the conservation of marine species. The event brought together the Suchada Beach Small-Scale Fishing Community Enterprise and the Saeng Chan Beach Local Small-Scale Fishing Group for Conservation.
The ceremony was organized by the Map Ta Phut Industrial Port Office in collaboration with operators within the Map Ta Phut Industrial Port area and was held at the Tourist Service Center of Noen Phra Municipality, Rayong Province.
The activity aimed to preserve and promote local cultural traditions while enhancing knowledge and understanding among local communities. It also sought to increase marine resources, maintain ecological balance, and foster cooperation among government agencies and local communities by encouraging their continued participation in the sustainable conservation of natural resources and the environment.
